atEvent’s latest mobile version was battle-tested at INBOUND 2019 and then some! We’re proud to say that for the second year in a row, atEvent was the featured lead capture solution at INBOUND and 80% of the exhibitors used atEvent as their event lead management solution. What made this year even more special was that we launched our completely reimagined mobile app before the event, making INBOUND users some of the first to experience its intuitive navigation, new ways to track event performance, and more.
Our goal with the mobile app redesign was to make the sales process frictionless and easier than ever to capture and qualify leads using the atEvent interface. As HubSpot CEO Brian Halligan puts it, “It’s how you sell, is why you win. A frictionless sales experience makes winners.” That sentiment certainly rang true with our customers who loved the simplicity of our new-look app.
It was truly a thrill to see so many people scanning badges and business cards and capturing all of the important details of their conversations with atEvent! Even better was getting to talk to so many customers and hear firsthand about their experiences with the app.
“It was really easy to get started,” said Hannah Swanson of Splash, “My team was able to understand the tool in under 5 minutes.” (Yes, we swooned when she said that.)
If the simplicity of our new interface sparked joy for a lot of customers, ease of integration was a close second. Exhibitors using HubSpot, Salesforce, and other MA/CRMs waxed poetic about the benefits of knowing important event data was getting synced right to their systems. Other customers were happy to have found a system that gave them an easy and foolproof way to comply with GDPR regulations. And, of course, we heard tons of great ideas for new features and functionality—all of which we captured, naturally, in atEvent.
